Sharynn commenced her working life, as a secretary, with the CRA Group, in the Legal Department of Hamersley Iron. She was highly impressed by the brilliant mind of the young lawyer for whom she worked, but as a child of uneducated parents, never considered herself clever enough, to study or practice law. After eight years with the CRA Group, Sharynn opted for a total change, and undertook training as a General Nurse.

Next up, Sharynn spent a decade, raising her three daughters. When they were all at school, she pursued her teenage passion, and enrolled as a full-time fashion student. Several years later, she entered the world of professional fashion, where she worked for five years, loving every minute. But something was missing …

After applying under the Monash University Special Entry Scheme, Sharynn passed the Law School Admission Test, and became a law student. Five years later, she graduated with an LLB, with Honours.

Having started out as a Family lawyer, Sharynn has now moved exclusively into Estate Planning. She is currently undertaking her Masters of Applied Law, with a double major in Estate Planning and Wills and Estates.

In April 2017, Sharynn joined View Legal, as a Consultant Lawyer. She is delighted to be working with such a progressive, dynamic and supportive team.

Sharynn spends her downtime with her husband, her three beautiful daughters, their respective significant others, and her three gorgeous grandchildren. She enjoys warm weather, great food, cold wine, beach walks and interesting travel destinations, as well as yoga and creative needlework pursuits.
